The wife of late police officer, Lt. Dustin DeMonte, has given birth to a baby girl.
The Bristol Police Department announced the birth on its Facebook page.
"Were honored to greet Laura Demonte as she exited the hospital," they posted. "We got to meet Penelope Dustin-Ann DeMonte."
According to Bristol police, Penelope was born March 6 at 12:35 pm.
"Penelope came in at 7 lbs., 3.7 oz., & 20 1/4," they posted. "Her big brother and sister were excited to meet her also. Both mom and newborn are healthy and doing well."
