BRISTOL - Former Mayor Ellen Zoppo-Sassu will speak about influential women in Bristol's history Thursday at the Bristol Historical Society.
The doors will open for the free program, "Bristol Female Firsts", at 6:30 p.m. at the Bristol Historical Society at 98 Summer St. and the program will start at 7. The program, held in honor of Women's History Month, will focus on 31 local women, one for each day of the calendar month, and their accomplishments.
