Edward F. Coloske, also known as "Uncle Ed" and "Karl", passed peacefully Saturday afternoon, June 12, 2021. Ed was born in Bristol on December 10, 1962 the son of Annabelle (Kasle) Coloske and the late Howard F. Coloske and was a lifelong resident. Ed worked over 30 years as a tool & die maker for Companion Industries in Southington and was always passionate about his work. Ed was a huge fan of the Baltimore Orioles. During his younger years, he enjoyed fishing. Besides his mother, he leaves his son Edward R. Coloske and his wife Ashley. Ed was very proud of his 2 granddaughters Ellie and Sadie. Ed also leaves his brother, Charles Coloske and his wife Joy and their children, Adam and Megan Coloske. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, June 16, 2021 between 6:00 and 8:00 p.m. at O'Brien Funeral Home, 24 Lincoln Ave., Forestville/Bristol. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to your local VFW.
