Three Southington swimmers and one Berlin swimmer make up this year's All-Herald girls swim team.

Ella Nadeau, Emma Jekubovich and Alexis Strong were the Blue Knights picks while Bailey Baclaski was the lone Redcoats swimmer chosen.

Just a sophomore, Nadeau broke two school records at the State Open Meet this season in the individual medley and the 500 free. Nadeau clocked in at 2:10.97 in the IM and 5:13.49 in the 500 free, which was good for 20th and 12th place, respectively.

Nadeau was also part of multiple relay teams for Southington that had some success in the pool throughout the year.

Jekubovich, a junior, earned all-conference in the 100 backstroke with a first-place finish in 1:04.13 and also competed in the 400 relay team that grabbed 17th place at the State Open Meet.

Lastly for the Blue Knights, Strong spearheaded the 200 free relay team that took second in the conference meet in 1:42.62. Also a junior, Strong was accompanied by Julia Laszewski, Kendall Noonan and Nadeau on the relay team.

Berlin's only all-conference selection, Baclaski took second in the 50 free in 25.54. A senior, Baclaski also qualified for the Class M meet in the 50 free and the 100 free, earning fourth and seventh-place finishes.
