Southington police report the following:

David Patla, 52, of 31 Wilbur St., was charged April 28 with driving under the influence.

Richard Capuldo, 25, of 271 Atwood Ave., Waterbury, was charged April 29 with driving under the influence and second-degree breach of peace.

Thomas Koczon, 27, of 250 Frost St., Plantsville, was charged April 29 with possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kyle J. Buys, 30, of 269 River St., was charged April 30 with disorderly conduct.

Danielle Jenkins, 30, of 269 River St., was charged April 30 with disorderly conduct.

Stephanie Matos, 22, of 22 Salladin Road, Bristol, was charged May 1 with first-degree assault, first-degree reckless endangerment, two counts of risk of injury to a minor and possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana.

Mary Hartshorn, 58, of 430 Townline Road, was charged May 1 with creating a public disturbance.

Patrick Hackett, 52, of 43 Water St., Lancaster, NH, was charged May 1 with having a nuisance dog.

Besnik Fera, 29, of 357 Mill St., was charged May 2 with second-degree breach of peace.

Vincent Ferraro, 29, of 424 Berlin St., was charged May 3 with possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana.

Kyle McFarlin, 57, incarcerated, was charged May 3 with credit card theft, illegal use of a credit card, receipt from illegal use of a credit card and third-degree forgery.

Kristina Lee Gonzalez, 39, of 142 Liberty St., was charged May 3 with second-degree failure to appear.

Todd A. Whittaker, 51, of 26 Darling St., was charged May 4 with sixth-degree larceny, third-degree identity theft and illegal use of a credit card.

Michael A. Roberts, 60, of 169 Butternut Lane, was charged May 4 with disorderly conduct.

Angelina Capobianco, 27, of 154 Prospect St., Naugatuck, was charged May 4 with possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana.

Carlos Ayala, 19, of 83 View Terrace, East Haven, was charged May 4 with second-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit second-degree larceny.

Lauren Scholand, 22, of 1220 Mertensia Road, Farmington, NY, was charged May 5 with disorderly conduct.

Nicholas Dominick, 39, of 15188 West Lake Road, Branchport, NY, was charged May 5 with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree criminal mischief and violation of a protective order.

Michael Lepper, 44, of 690 East Johnson Ave., was charged May 6 with disorderly conduct.

Brian Kleinhen, 46, of 131 Founders Road, Glastonbury, was charged May 6 with violation of a protective order.

Rodney Lunsford, 53, of 223 Judith St., Waterbury, was charged May 6 with second-degree beach of peace.
