Southington police report the following:

Derrick Rustigian, 22, of 251 Norton St., was charged Jan. 25 with disorderly conduct.

Terry Freer, 54, of 298 Deerbrooke Circle, was charged Jan. 27 with interfering with an officer and disorderly conduct.

Alan John Morris, 43, of 97 Crescent St., Plantsville, was charged Jan. 28 with second-degree breach of peace, second-degree harassment and second-degree threatening.

Joshua R. Miner, 45, of 76 Candlewood Drive, Bristol, was charged Jan. 29 with first-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace.

Arif Fezaj, 51, of 27 Eden Ave., was charged Jan. 31 with second-degree failure to appear.

Breanna Hoyt, 25, of 208 Moore Drive, Torrington, was charged Jan. 31 with sixth-degree larceny.

Christine Deleo, 38, of 98 Meander Lane, was charged Feb. 1 with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Richard Delcervo, 33, of 98 Meander Lane, was charged Feb. 1 with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Safi Kachmar, 24, of 1065 Long Cove Road, Gales Gerry, was charged Feb. 2 with driving under the influence.

Jaclyn Obrien, 25, of 31 Wheeler Road, North Grafton, Ma, was charged Feb. 2 with second-degree failure to appear.

Zygmunt Jurglewicz, 71, of 383 West St., was charged Feb. 2 with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Cynthia Basile, 58, of 21 Beecher St., was charged Feb. 2 with creating a public disturbance.

Jesse Vermeersch, 30, of 18 Bridle Path, was charged Feb. 2 with violation of animal restraint order

Robert Brown, 24, of 40 Nanel Drive, Glastonbury, was charged Feb. 3 with possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana.
