Southington police report the following:

Cheryl A. Duncan, 43, of 460 Burritt St., was charged Oct. 21 with third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree breach of peace and second-degree reckless endangerment.

Cody Cavrudatz, 38, of 50 Sunbright Drive, Meriden, was charged Oct. 21 with second-degree breach of peace, second-degree criminal mischief and sixth-degree larceny.

Jessica M. Pinnott, 37, of 52 Elliot St., Hartford, was charged Oct. 22 with second-degree forgery and fraudulently obtaining a controlled substance.

Luis Melendez, 37, of 40 Manhan St., Waterbury, was charged Oct. 22 with criminal attempt to commit sixth-degree larceny.

Anthony Sola, 24, of 418 Farmington Ave., New Britain, was charged Oct. 23 with second-degree failure to appear.

Joshua D. Brown, 37, of 89 Chipman St., Waterbury, was charged Oct. 24 with driving under the influence.

Katherine Goodine, 54, of 98 Town Farm Road, East Haddam, was charged Oct. 25 with third-degree assault.

Joseph Dubey, 44, of 97 Beecher St., was charged Oct. 26 with driving under the influence and failure to maintain lane.

David A. Forgione, 58, of 676 Mulberry St., was charged Oct. 26 with reckless driving and evading responsibility.
