Southington police report the following:

Donald J. Anderson, 58, of 72 Homesdale Ave., was charged Sept. 1 with having a nuisance dog (second offense) and allowing a dog to roam.

Shane Ripley-Oneil, 20, of 12 Tidd Ave., Woburn, MA, was charged Sept. 3 with having weapons in a motor vehicle.

Jessie Daley, 23, of 28 Davis Drive, Bristol, was charged Sept. 4 with third-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief, third-degree criminal trespassing, sixth-degree larceny and credit card theft.

Trishena Waters, 34, of 204 Citizens Ave., Waterbury, was charged Sept. 5 with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, possession of a half-ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Catherine Rasmus, 33, of 951 Woodruff St., was charged Sept. 6 with violation of a protective order.

Chauncey H. Ford, 20, of 168 Oak St., New Britain, was charged Sept. 6 with fourth-degree sexual assault, risk of injury and fourth-degree false statement.

Raymond Concepcion, 34, of 10 Lincoln Terrace, Meriden, was charged Sept. 6 with cell phone violation.

Amanda Nogiec, 39, of 15 Bruce Drive, Shelton, was charged Sept. 7 with issuing a bad check.

Quy Mai, 27, of 229 Silo Road, Bristol, was charged Sept. 7 with driving under the influence, failure to drive in proper lane and interfering with an officer.

Ethan Manyak, 22, of 225 Pondview Drive, was charged Sept. 6 with possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, violation of probation and second degree failure to appear.

Eryn Bland, 22, of 135 Shawn Drive, Bristol, was charged Sept. 7 with possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Barbara Steadman, 65, of 39 Robert St. Extension, Plainville, was charged Sept. 8 with passing a standing school bus.

John Oday, 40, of 206 East St., Plainville was charged Sept. 8 with cell phone violation.

Manuel Martell-Alvarez, 31, of 159 Harris Circle, Waterbury, was charged Sept. 8 with cell phone violation and operating a motor vehicle without a license.

Marc Schaufler, 51, of 164 Willow Springs Road, New Milford, was charged Sept. 10 with sixth-degree larceny.

Janice Riley, 61, of 10 Grand St., New Britain, was charged Sept. 10 with driving under the influence and failure to display headlights.
