Southington police report the following:

Daria Mondo, 48, of 133 Annelise Ave., was charged Aug. 5 with having a roaming dog.

Raymond Frazier, 29, of 449 Marion Ave., Plantsville, was charged Aug. 18 with cell phone violation.

Kevin Parkinson, 54, of 230 Wonx Spring Road, Plantsville, was charged Aug. 19 with failure to obey stop sign, failure to obey stop sign and seat belt violation.

Tara Bromley, 28, of 107 Farmstead Road, was charged Aug. 19 with operating a motor vehicle without a license.

Raymond Kastner, 63, of 465 Copper Ridge, was charged Aug. 20 with traveling too fast and failure to carry license.

Tomasz Olechno, 37, of 175 Homestead Drive, Glastonbury, was charged Aug. 20 with operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Beau Michael Ouellette, 28, of 159 Fair St., Bristol, was charged Aug. 20 with operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Naidelyn Burke, 19, of 160 Manchester Ave., Waterbury, was charged Aug. 20 with traveling too fast and cell phone violation.

John Cahill, 36, of 250 Summit St., Plantsville, was charged Aug. 20 with operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Jorge Ramos-Nieves, 51, of 26 Darling St., was charged Aug. 21 with operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Keith Dubin, 31, of 146 Delahunty Drive, was charged Aug. 21 with risk of injury and third-degree child porn.

Joseph C. Palazzo, 48, of 12 Darling St., was charged Aug. 21 with improper use of market plate.

Kelvin Ronquillo-Illescas, 18, of 37 Harding St., New Britain, was charged Aug. 21 with passing in no passing zone.

Eric Therrien, 33, of 56 Glenwood Drive, Plainville, was charged Aug. 21 with failure to obey traffic signal.

Joseph Farrell, 27, of 173 Buckingham St., Waterbury, was charged Aug. 21 with possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Steven Aberg, 28, of 923 Elm St., New Haven, was charged Aug. 22 with reckless driving, disobeying officer’s signal and second-degree reckless endangerment.

Maria Perreault, 73, of 422 Savage St., was charged Aug. 22 with second-degree breach of peace.

Concetta Perreault-Prado, 46, of 380 Mulberry St., Plantsvile, was charged Aug. 22 with second-degree breach of peace.
