Southington police report the following:

Leo Giattino, 23, of 58, White Oak Lane, Wolcott, was charged June 16 with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, first-degree unlawful restraint, reckless endangerment, second-degree harassment and interfering with a 911 call.

Joseph Berger, 42, of 925 Oronoke Road, Waterbury, was charged June 16 with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree harassment.

Jacqueline Smiles, 26, of 996 Meriden Waterbury Road, was charged June 16 with following too close and evading responsibility.

William Hurley, 61, of 190 Berlin Ave., was charged June 17 with operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

David Mercer, 39, of 30 Darling St., was charged June 17 with risk of injury, disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening.

Renaldi Norman, 44, of 75 Dogleg Drive, Meriden, was charged June 18 with second-degree larceny, first-degree robbery, attempting robbery by carjacking, interfering with an officer, second-degree attempted kidnapping and engaging police in pursuit and possession of narcotics.

George Cook, 32, transient, was charged June 18 with second-degree failure to appear.

Alex Rivera, 31, of 12 Manhan St., Waterbury, was charged on June 17 with failure to insure a motor vehicle.

John Fabrizi, 25, of 2 Elwell Place, Danbury, was charged on June 19 with sixth-degree larceny.

David Pastor, 18, of 105 Old Turnpike Road, was charged on June 20 with unsafe movement from stop.

Lateef Bilewu, 22, of 40 Santoro St., Waterbury, was charged on June 17 with procuring liquor for a minor.

Melissa Dessources, 21, of 35 Plymouth St., Brockton, Mass., was charged on June 17 with procuring liquor for a minor.

Francisco Asencio-Torres, 26, of 50 Northridge Dr., Waterbury, was charged on June 21 with failure to obey stop sign.

Scott Uhlman, Scott, 37, of 124 Liberty St., was charged on June 21 with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Jennifer Kennedy, 31, of 165 West Center St., was charged on June 21 with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Adrienne Durando, 26, of 9 Lynne Ave., was charged on June 21 with sixth-degree larceny.

Danielle Bouvier, 31, of 32 Goodrich Road, Farmington, was charged on June 21 with first-degree criminal mischief and second-degree failure to appear.

Madeline Roy, 54, of 500 Pleasant St., was charged on June 21 with interfering with an officer and second-degree breach of peace.

Andrea Heller, 24, of 59 Nichols Road, Wolcott, was charged on June 22 with operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Kelsy Yount, 24, of 20 Chasse Road, Wolcott, was charged on June 22 with failure to renew license.

Kaleigh Morgan, 26, of 455 Berlin St., was charged on June 22 with operating a motor vehicle under suspension and traveling too fast.
