Southington police report the following:

Jermaine Mayo, 41, of 47 Meriden St., Meriden, was charged May 30 with failure to display two headlights and operating a motor vehicle under suspension.

Jeremy Fortin, 38, of 826 Pine St., Bristol, was charged June 4 with disorderly conduct, interfering with 911 call, second-degree threatening, third-degree assault, second-degree reckless endangerment and unlawful restraint.

Richard J. Ziel, 47, of 26 Vermont Ave., was charged June 5 with probation violation.

Philip J. Huerter, 40, of 18 Lockwood Terrace, West Hartford, was charged June 5 with violation of a protective order.

Penny C. Barbour, 53, of 160 Carter Lane, was charged June 5 with disorderly conduct.

Alivia Berbour, 18, of 160 Carter Lane, was charged June 5 with disorderly conduct.

Katherine E. DeRosa, 27, of 131 Commission St., was charged June 6 with disorderly conduct.

Megan L. Powers, 25, of 995 Savage St., was charged June 6 with driving under the influence and failure to maintain lane.

Wiktor Berniak, 18, of 10 Queen Terrace, Southington, was charged June 6 with possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Courtney Wells, 48, of 38 Cambridge Drive, was charged June 7 with two counts of first-degree larceny, first-degree forgery and second-degree money laundering.

Hector R. Burgos, 48, of 21 Mapleton St., Hartford, was charged June 7 with failure to obey traffic signal, operating a motor vehicle under suspension, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to maintain lane.
