PLYMOUTH -- A small power outage was reported in Plymouth Tuesday morning.

According to Eversource, 281 customers were without power.

“We have two issues in Plymouth – both involving trees – and both on Main Street,” Mitch Gross, Eversource spokesman, said in an email correspondence Tuesday morning.

He added that the incidents specifically involved trees or limbs coming down on power lines.

“The larger one on South Main (261 customers) was reported to us at about 8:20 a.m.,” Gross continued. “About 50 minutes later, an outage affecting 26 customers was reported on North Main. The estimated restoration for both is around 1:45 p.m.”

The larger outage has been resolved, while crews are still working to resolve the smaller issue.
