Plymouth police make narcotics arrest

PLYMOUTH - Police arrested a woman Wednesday after finding her with crack cocaine, heroin and marijuana.

Tess Smith, 21, was charged after police received the report of a woman “not acting right” at about 12:49 p.m., at the Water Works Car Wash.

Officers who responded said they found “multiple indicators of illegal narcotic use.” They found Smith with two grams of crack cocaine, two grams of marijuana, 19 bags of heroin and multiple pieces of drug paraphernalia.

Smith has been charged with sale of a narcotic substance, possession of a controlled substance, possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
