Plainville police report the following:

Charles Michalak, 19, of (last known address) 53 Lincoln St., New Britain, was charged Aug. 20 with first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree criminal trespass and loitering near a school.

Howard McCarthy, 73, of 16 Whiting St., was charged Aug. 20 with third-degree assault on an elderly victim and second-degree breach of peace.

Carmen F. Huertas, 49, of 437 Broad St., New Britain, was charged Aug. 21 with second-degree breach of peace.

James Buckmiller Jr., 32, of 24 Parsons St., Wallingford, was charged Aug. 22 with second-degree harassment.

Nykole A. Gonzalez, 33, of 579 Emmett St., Bristol, was charged Aug. 22 with disorderly conduct.

Alex Correa, 31, of 186 Camp St., was charged Aug. 22 with third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

Wilkins Miranda, 43, of 16 Ledger St., Hartford, was charged Aug. 29 with giving a false statement.

Denise Miranda, 53, of 271 Christian Lane, Berlin, was charged Aug. 29 with first-degree larceny.

Edward A. Fascendini, 53, of 49 Forestville Ave., was charged Aug. 29 with probation violation.

Kristopher W. Robbins, 37, of 22 Bank St., was charged Aug. 31 with extradition/fugitive from justice.

Jordan A. Chora, 25, of 750 Hill St., was charged Aug. 31 with having a weapon in motor vehicle, possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cocaine.

Franklyn Cruz, 40, of 47 Akron St., Meriden, was charged Aug. 31 with second-degree breach of peace.

Melanie L. Lockshire, 42, of 32 Eisenhauer Drive, was charged Aug. 31 with first-degree criminal trespass and second-degree breach of peace.

Alex Torres, 32, of 74 Mitchell St., New Britain, was charged Sept. 1 with disorderly conduct.
