Raymond A. Pelletier

Raymond A. Pelletier, 83 of Terryville, passed away on Nov. 17, 2021 at The Pines at Bristol.

Ray was born on Jul. 30, 1938, in Waterbury, son of the late Charles and Ida (Fournier) Pelletier. Ray was a veteran of the National Guard. Prior to his retirement, he was employed at United Technologies Corporation as a mechanical engineer. He was a member of the Immaculate Conception in Terryville. He was a member of the zoning board of appeals since 1966 in which time he also served as chairman. He was a volunteer at both the Thomaston Opera House and the Bushnell.

Ray is survived by his wife, Louise (Howell) Pelletier; his sons, Raymond E. Pelletier of Plymouth, and Phillip J. Pelletier of Terryville; his daughter Catherine L Pelletier of Terryville; his brother Gerard Pelletier of Thomaston; his grandchildren, Melissa Saunders and Luke Pelletier; three great grandchildren; and many foster children, including Stephanie Gray. Ray is predeceased by his brother Charles Pelletier.
