Michael Joseph Grace

Michael Joseph Grace, 75, of Bristol, husband of Sharen (Moore) Grace, passed away at home on Sept. 14, 2021. Born on March 2, 1946 in Waterbury, Conn., he was a son of the late Gerard and Lillian (Bilodeau) Grace. Michael was an Air Force veteran and served honorably with the 779th Tactical Airlift Squadron during the Vietnam Conflict. After his service with the Air Force, Michael worked for Stop & Shop for over 30 years, retiring in 2012. During his free time, and in his retirement, you could find Michael on the golf course as he had a passion for golf.

Besides his wife Sharen, Michael is survived by his son and daughter-in-law Charles and Kim Grace of Berlin, Conn.; his daughter and son-in-law Marsha and Anthony Penna of Southington, Conn.; two brothers and sisters-in-law Paul and Joann Grace of Guilford, Conn. and Peter and Dita Grace of Waterbury; his sister Ann Morelli of Waterbury; two grandchildren Farrah Fontano and Madison Penna and several nieces and nephews. Michael was predeceased by his first wife Gale Grace.

There are no services for Michael and burial will be at the convenience of the family.
