Steven Gagnon, 59, of Terryville, Conn., died March 30, 2018, as a result of a long illness. He was the beloved husband of Cindy Sullivan Gagnon and son to, Reginald and Nancy Gagnon. He was raised in Terryville, graduated from Terryville High School and was a member of Bethel Christian Church. When Steve was younger he loved sports including baseball, track, basketball, and karate. Steve’s spirit was that of high energy and passion, and he loved to ski and ride motorcycles. He also loved to dance and had some intense dance moves. Steve’s personality was explosive and infectious, and as Steve matured he loved collecting coins and antique guns. Steve loved his family and knew family was everything. Although Steve’s body was failing, he never complained and always smiled. His spirit soared like the wind. Besides Steve’s loving wife and soul mate of 24 years, Cindy, he leaves his father and mother, Reginald and Nancy Gagnon; sisters Kathy Roussel, and Kim Martin and her husband, Paul of Bristol; his niece Jessica Martin, and his nephew Andrew Martin. His family will honor Steve’s life with a service on Friday, April 6 at 10:30 a.m. at Bethel Christian Church, 750 Stevens St., Bristol, CT. “Rest in Peace and be free like the wind.” For online condolences, please visit .
