Lisa Phillips

Lisa Phillips, 49, of Bristol, daughter of Raymond and Maureen (Davidson) Phillips of Plainville, passed away Saturday (June 17, 2017) at the Hospital of Central CT in New Britain. Born in New Britain, she was a former Plainville resident, moving to Bristol in 2002. Lisa was a graduate of Plainville High School, Class of 1985, and worked in the Medical Billing department at CIGNA in Bristol for many years. She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Plainville and was a former member of Rainbow.

Besides her parents Ray and Maureen, she leaves a son, Justin Wietrzykowski of Bristol; a sister, Kim Petit and her husband Jeffrey of Plainville; and a niece, Kristina Petit, also of Plainville.  Lisa’s family expresses sincere thanks to the entire staff at Apple Rehab of Plainville, especially Vanessa, Lucy and Amanda M for all their help with our Lisa.

Funeral services are Thursday 11 a.m. at Carlson Funeral Home, 45 Franklin Square, New Britain. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery, New Britain. Calling hours are Wednesday 5 to 8 p.m. at Carlson Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the CT Chapter of the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation, PO Box 303, Middletown, CT 06457.  Please share a memory or note of sympathy at www.carlsonfuneralhome.com
