Central Islip, N.Y. - The New Britain Bees got their first road win of the season and ended a four-game losing streak in the process.

Jovan Rosa, Craig Maddox and Conor Bierfeldt each drove in a run in the fourth inning as the Bees beat the Ducks 3-2 Saturday night.

Brian Dupra threw five innings for New Britain and gave up just two hits. His only mistake came in the second inning when Angelo Songco hit a two-run home run off the pitcher.

Nate Roe followed Dupra on the mound and pitched two scoreless innings before giving way to Brandon League, who pitched a clean inning in the eighth. Joe Beimel came in to record the save in the ninth, his first with the Bees.

The Bees big inning was set up by three base hits, a walk, a sacrifice fly and was started by a fielding error that allowed James Skelton to reach first and set everything in motion.
