BRISTOL – Bristol Self Storage can meet all your storage needs, whether they be long-term or just a short stint.
The new business only opened about a year and a half ago, just as the covid-19 pandemic began unfolding.
“Things were very slow,” the owner said. “They were a lot different than we thought they would be.”
However, since then, the Self Storage owner said, “things have picked up.”
Bristol Self Storage is locally owned and operated, and has on-site management and staff. It primarily serves the Bristol, Burlington and Terryville area.
Its wide variety of storage units can range from as small as 5 by 5 units all the way up to 10 by 30. Options include climate control and drive-up units.
The facility itself is very new and is gated for security purposes.
“We have over 30 cameras and state-of-the art security,” the owner said.
The reason someone may need a storage unit varies quite a bit. It could be to store a car, jet skis, a boat or some other kind of toy, or just to have somewhere to put extra belongings. Other needs include temporary storage during a move or another type of transition, or, for a business, simply storing extra equipment or other supplies.
Renting a storage unit can be done in person at the facility, which is located at 185 Curtiss St., Bristol, or, if someone prefers, most of it can be done online. A form of identification is required, but the Self Storage owner said that can be sent via text or email.
Units at Bristol Self Storage can be accessed 7 days a week. A size guide and full pricing information can be found at its website, at bristolctselfstorage.com.
