STAFF REPORT

BRISTOL – Century 21 Bar-Mar Realty Inc. has expanded its staff and its market, with President Scott Bayne attributing this success to having a large market presence and 50 years of experience in the business.

“Our roster is continuing to grow,” said Bayne, who has been president of the local franchise located at 765 Farmington Ave. since 1982. “We are able to offer our agents a complete work environment with all of the tools necessary to be successful in their careers.”

“Right now business is absolutely red hot,” Bayne said. “Business has been exceptional throughout Bristol and all over Connecticut. Interest rates are at an all time low which has sparked a tremendous amount of market activity. We have always been able to adapt to the changing market. The market is stronger right now than it has been in years. Our volume of sales has increased substantially.”

Bayne said Century 21 Bay-Mar Realty, Inc. has also earned a reputation for having a “broad base of market knowledge” and “a fine attention to the needs and details of any transaction.” Bayne said he wants clients to be well-informed throughout the process of buying, selling or renting residential and commercial properties.

“Our first step is to have a meeting with our client to review their real estate needs,” he said. “If they are a buyer, we design a financial package for them. Or, if they are a seller, we prepare a market analysis for them. We want our clients to have a full understanding of the financial aspects, time frame, and legal obligations involved.”

Bayne’s biggest advice for clients looking to take “the big leap” into buying a home is to “get informed” about programs that are available to assist them.
