Quinoco Energy reminds residents to tune up their units

BRISTOL – Quinoco Energy Services, founded in 1877, is dedicated to putting the customer first and delivering high-quality service at a fair price.

Quinoco has a location in Bristol at 289 Terryville Ave. as well as other locations in Farmington and Torrington.

The full-service fuel and HVAC energy company serves customers throughout western and central Connecticut. Their inventory includes high-grade heating oil, diesel fuel, kerosene and propane, plus heating and cooling equipment. They also provide tune-ups and maintenance equipment installation and service plans, as well as ultrasonic tank inspections for heating units. Customers can also schedule cleaning of their units with the company.

During the summer, Phillips said hat AC unit tune-ups and unit upgrades are very popular.

“Tune-ups should be done annually,” he said. “It’s so important - if you don’t it could lead to leaks in your house and if you do, your unit will end up using less electricity and saving you money.”

Phillips said that when customers come to Quinoco, he makes sure that they are taken care of right.

“We will make sure that your system is operating safely and efficiently and if you call us, you can talk to me personally,” he said. “We answer our phones directly here.”

Satisfied customers who refer a friend will receive a Quinoco Silver Service Plan for free, a $329.95 value, as a thank-you according to the company website, quinoco.com.

The website also states that Quinoco is still in full operation amid the coronavirus pandemic. It states that employees are working hard to minimize disruptions and provide the best quality services possible.
