Brooks Energy is all about customer service

PLYMOUTH - Brooks Energy has been building relationships with customers and delivering quality service for 30 years.

The family-owned company started out doing just oil and later got into propane and other services.

“We do installations of new furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, hot water heaters and air conditioning systems,” said Debbie Schur, office manager.

Schur added that customers of Brook Energy very often get to know the staff on a personal level.

“We take pride in our personal customer service,” she said.

“We try to get to know our customers. That instills confidence.”

“Mark Brooks, the owner of the company, is the person who goes out to the site, meets with the customer and finds out exactly what the customer needs.”

Brooks Energy also offers automatic delivery and service contracts.

According to the company’s website, Brooks’ “guiding principle and business approach is simple: He devotes the same time, care and attention to servicing and/or installing equipment in your home as he does to his home.”

“Our customers have me behind them,” the website continued. “We guarantee our work. We also fix things that other, larger companies don’t: We’re problem solvers.”
