BRISTOL - The Pines at Bristol Center for Health & Rehabilitation has been meeting the needs of individuals who require short-term skilled nursing care for many years. The staff of concerned and dedicated professionals is committed to providing support and guidance on a one-to-one basis.

The Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program includes a pulmonologist and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse on staff, an interdisciplinary approach to disease management, tracheotomy care, and tracheostomy care.

The Heart Failure Program provides education and evaluates the many intricacies of heart failure, including the underlying causes, medications, and necessary lifestyle modifications. It includes an APRN on staff, adherence and understanding of the American Heart Association Guidelines for Diagnosis/Management; onsite Automatic External Defibrillators (AED) to address any emergency needs, and smoking cessation counseling.
