To the Editor:
I am supporting Quinn Christopher as a candidate for Plainville Town Council. I have known Quinn since before she came on the political scene and would like to mention some of her qualifications and reasons for my support!
Quinn is a former Town Council member, a successful Plainville business owner, co-president of the Plainville Chamber of commerce along with her sister Tabitha and an appointed member of the Park & recreation department. Quinn backs the blue and Plainville's finest by supporting the appointment of Eric Peterson as Plainville police chief.
Quinn is a motivated, energetic, ambitious, young positive person with goals for Plainville. My favorite memory of Quinn is when the Town Council and their boss decided that the citizens were not worthy of being part of council meetings. The citizens hired Nutmeg TV to film us at meetings to be shown before the start of council meetings. Quinn sided with the citizens and did not back down, with her support and perseverance we embarrassed the tyrants, brought them to their knees and got our voice back.
If anyone deserves to be a council member, it is Quinn! With all these attributes, I cannot see any reason why every voter should not give Quinn one of their seven votes
