BERLIN – Schaller Subaru has revved up its 14th annual “Share the Love” national campaign and has partnered with Klingberg Family Centers.
The event started back on Nov. 18 will run until Jan. 3.
During the campaign Subaru pledges to donate $250 to Klingberg with every new Subaru purchased or leased. The buyer or lessor of the new car can choose Klingberg or a national charity.
“By purchasing or leasing, they support a charity and share the love, too,” said Art Schaller, president of Schaller Auto World.
Subaru will have two antique cars on display in the Schaller Subaru showroom as part of the promotion. Guests can check out the 1914 Ford Model T Depot Hack and the 1930 Hupmobile Model S, which are a part of the Auto Restoration Program in the Raymond Hill School at Klingberg Family Centers.
“We enjoy putting on display some of the antique automobiles that our students have worked on and sharing the 20 programs that Klingberg offers to children and families,” said Mark Johnson, vice president of development at Klingberg Family Centers.
Over the last five years, the “Share the Love” campaign has raised over $104,000 for Klingberg, helping children and families in the Greater Hartford region.
“As a family-owned and -operated business, we believe that giving back to the community is just the right thing to do,” Schaller said. “We have long admired the work that Klingberg does for children and families in our communities.”
