NEW BRITAIN – Hartford HealthCare has partnered with state agencies to begin the vaccination process on Connecticut residents 75 and older in an effort to protect the most vulnerable population against covid-19 and ensure the best use of the vaccines currently allotted.

Staff appointments are required and walk-ins are not allowed.

Residents with an existing MyChartPlus account can log in and make an appointment at a Hartford HealthCare vaccine clinic in Wethersfield, Hartford, Norwich and Shelton, with more sites being added.

Those who do not have a MyChartPlus account can set one up on Hartford HealthCare’s mychartplus.org website.

Residents can call 860-972-4993 or email mycharplussupport@hhchealth.org for more information.
