THOMASTON – Two people were injured Tuesday after a car crashed into a home in Thomaston.

Police and emergency workers have the area of 250-350 North Main St. closed as they investigate the crash.

They said that one of the people was inside the home and the other was in the car.

The person in the house was an 18-year-old man. He had to be taken to the hospital.

The injuries were said to be non-life-threatening.

Police said speed was likely a factor.

They expect charges to be filed.

The right side of the home could be seen bowing out.
