BRISTOL - Bob “Semo” Siemiatkoski and Karen Diamantes, a father-daughter duo, wouldn’t have the success they do in real estate if it wasn’t for their caring, personable staff at Country Manor Realty.
With an office in the heart of Route 6, Country Manor has a team of 21 agents dedicated to making the home-buying process as easy and stress-free as possible.
“The quantity of agents is not as important as the quality of agents,” Bob said.
“We have good people. If you met them at a cocktail party or at the gym, you’d like them. That’s the kind of people we have.”
“We’re very thankful for our staff,” Karen added.
Bob, who earned his real estate license in 1965, founded Country Manor in 1974.
His daughter later got her license and joined the family business, and now has more than 25 years of experience in real estate and multiple education-based designations that help in her day-to-day work.
Country Manor generally services towns of Bristol, Burlington, Farmington, Avon, Harwinton, New Britain, Plainville, Plymouth, Southington and Wolcott, but they can help clients statewide. Bob said they are the largest independent, non-franchised real estate agency in Bristol.
He compares it to going to your local meat market for foods, rather than some of the bigger markets that can’t deliver the same quality.
“It’s not about money,” Bob said.
“I love what I do, and she does too,” he continued, while nodding at his daughter.
Most people serviced at Country Manor Real Estate are either return customers or those referred by someone who had a good experience.
The agency has earned a good reputation in the community.
“We walk them through every step and try to solve problems,” Karen said.
“All the credit in the world goes to the people we work with,” Bob said of the agents.
