BRISTOL – A Windham man has pleaded not guilty to allegations he sexually assaulted a young teen in Bristol.

Seth Gosselin, 37, entered his pleas during a proceeding in New Britain Superior Court.

He was arrested in May on charges of illegal sexual contact and fourth-degree sexual assault. Both charges are felonies.

According to court records, Gosselin has been accused of sexually assaulting a victim who was 13 or 14 years old at the time during an incident reported in Bristol in January.

The 37-year-old is free from custody and scheduled to appear in court again on Aug. 9.
