Dustin Hussey, 39, NCA, Bristol, use of drug paraphernalia except less than 1/2 ounce, possession of controlled substance at or greater than 1/2 ounce cannabis
Miguel Mercado-Alvalle, 29, 43 Till St., Enfield, criminal mischief second degree
