Bristol man charged after police find him with suspected Fentanyl and crack cocaine

BRISTOL - Police on Monday charged a city man after finding him with suspected fentanyl and crack cocaine.

Glenn Pearson, 42, of 91 Tulip St., was pulled over around 8:15 p.m. in the area of Tulip and Barnes streets. Police said he had an active warrant for his arrest charging him with sale of a narcotic substance.

Upon searching the 42-year-old man, police reported finding 11 grams of suspected fentanyl and 7.5 grams of suspected crack cocaine.

Pearson was subsequently charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of possession with intent to sell narcotics.

He is free from custody and is scheduled to be arraigned in New Britain Superior Court on Nov. 25.
