BRISTOL - Police are reminding residents that parking laws will strictly be enforced in Peck Park this summer, as little league baseball usually creates a hectic parking situation.

“It’s usually an issue during the summer, especially during little league,” Lt. Richard Guerrera said. “It’s clearly marked where you cannot park.”

According to Lt. Todd Kozaryn, those who cannot find parking in the park have been encouraged to use Greene-Hill School, provided it’s a time when school is not in session.

“The biggest problem is during little league,” Kozaryn said.

“It becomes an issue for people living in that area,” Guerrera said of those who park illegally. “It will be enforced.”

“If you’re visiting the park, we just ask that you park where you’re supposed to,” Guerrera continued.

Kozaryn said a parking violation will cost someone $20.
