Bristol police report the following:

Michael Adams, 54, of 107 Newell Ave., was charged on April 8 with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance or under half an ounce of cannabis and two counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Evan Mangan, 27, of 267 Main St., was charged on April 8 with interfering with a 911 call.

Jason Morales, 24, of 43 Somerset Drive, New Britain, was charged on April 8 with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

Patrick Oneal, 55, of 25 South St. Ext., was charged on April 8 with possession of a controlled substance or less than a half ounce of cannabis.

Anthony Peccolo, 19, of 33 Arlington St., Meriden, was charged on April 8 with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance or less than a half ounce of cannabis.

LeAndra Reid, 20, of 149 Union St., was charged on April 8 with failure to license dog.

Alexander Rivera, 32, of 32 Coe St., Waterbury, was charged on April 8 with violation of probation.

Jacob Senick, 18, of 332 Tyler Way, was charged on April 8 with disorderly conduct and sixth-degree larceny.

Early Velazquez, 27, of 108 Greene St., was charged on April 8 with first-degree criminal trespassing violation of a protective order.
