Bristol police report the following:

Sharon Burns, 55, of 62 Academy St., was charged on Nov. 28 with first-degree failure to appear.

Missevine Clayton, 43, of 22 Trout Brook Road, was charged on Nov. 28 with no insurance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and misuse of plate.

Jeremylee Owens, 37, of 71 Pleasant St., was charged on Nov. 28 with no insurance and following too close.

James Oshaughnessy, 37, of 5 Randy Road, Ellington, was charged on Nov. 28 with no insurance.

Dwain Thibodeau, 24, of 122 High St., was charged on Nov. 28 with failure to display plate/sticker and operating without registration or suspended license.

Dequan Barnes, 23, of 531 Burlington Ave., was charged on Nov. 28 with second-degree breach of peace.

Sierra Borden, 20, of 103 Haviland St., was charged on Nov. 29 with operating a motor vehicle by a minor having an elevated blood alcohol content, restricted turns fail signal, distracted driving and possession of less than a half ounce of cannabis.

Stephen Hornlein, 31, of 50 Bentlow Ave., New Britain, was charged on Nov. 29 with second-degree failure to appear.

Dyniesha Whitfield, 32, of 50 Bingham St., was charged on Nov. 29 with operating under the influence with a passenger under 18 and operation while under the influence.

Justin Bagnaschi, 27, of 1197 Wolcott Road, Wolcott, was charged on Nov. 29 with third-degree assault, risk of injury to a minor, first-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace.

James Joyce, 24, of 210 Goodwin St., was charged on Nov. 30 with operating without registration or suspended license.

Sharlene Fullenwiley, 27, of 44 Macarther Drive, Waterbury, was charged on Nov. 30 with third-degree assault, risk of injury to a minor, second-degree breach of peace and first-degree reckless endangerment.
