The producer of Nutmeg TV’s Racing Action Today and Racing Action Today Classics is set to launch a new show that is sure to send viewers out of this world.

“The Teles Scope View,” produced by Larry Mongillo, the creator and star of “Racing Action Today” and “Racing Action Today Classics,” will feature the real-life research done by co-host Rick Teles, a cyber security specialist with inside government information on UFO and extraterrestrial activity.

Radio personality Steve Parker will round out the trio of co-hosts who during each episode will discuss real life incidents, both explained and unexplained that are featured in Teles’ book “The Final Revelation: The Sun Project.”

“Some of the things we’ll talk about will be difficult for people to accept,” Teles says during the first episode airing on Nutmeg TV tonight (July 2) at 8 p.m. The question, Teles said, then becomes “Do you want to know the truth?”

The 13-week show will start with the famed Roswell incident that occurred in 1947 and continue to present day studies of “life out there,” said Mongillo, a Berlin resident and long-time racing and UFO enthusiast.

“Rick has documented events,” Mongillo said. “We’ll talk about the different things that have happened.”

Mongillo, who has extensive experience crafting shows for Nutmeg TV, became interested in producing an experience for viewers on the topic after hearing Parker interview Teles on his Saturday morning talk show on WTIC.

“I was so fascinated about what he had to say, I asked Steve to arrange a meeting,” Mongillo said. “He’s like a walking dictionary he’s so full of knowledge.”

Teles has conducted several hundred investigations into unidentified flying objects including reports of alien abductions. His book, available on Amazon.com, contains information from high ranking military officials.

Real-life evidence collected at the scenes of extraterrestrial events will be presented during the show which spans 13 weeks. The ultimate goal of the trio is to convert the show to a live broadcast that allows viewers to call in and ask questions.

“The Teles Scope View” debuts tonight at 8 p.m. on Nutmeg TV on Comcast, on Channel 5 in Nutmeg viewer towns, and statewide on Frontier on channel 6060. The show will be rerun Monday nights in the same time slot for 13 weeks. Replays will be shown on Nutmeg TV on Tuesdays at 1:30 p.m., Thursdays at 9:30 p.m. and Fridays at 11:30 p.m.

Nutmeg TV provides public access programming to New Britain, Berlin, Farmington, Avon, Burlington, Plainville and Bristol.
