BRISTOL - The Al Fenton Big Band will perform its final show of the year at the Snow Ball hosted by The New England Carousel Museum on Dec. 2.

The Snow Ball dance at the museum will bring people together to jive to the live music by the 19-piece band that performs a variety of music including blues, jazz and swing.

However, Morgan Urgo, the museum manager, said that this performance will have a “holiday spin.”

“The band plays all over Connecticut. A lot of people come to listen, and others dress up for ballroom dancing,” Urgo said. “This is their fourth and final concert of the year at the museum.”

The event is BYOB and snacks will be available for purchase. The museum encourages anyone to attend who is ready to dance.

The dance will be held Dec. 2, from 7:30 to 11 p.m. at the museum, located at 95 Riverside Ave. Tickets can be purchased at the door or prior to the event and are $15.

Prepaid tables of eight may be reserved ahead of time.
