NEW BRITAIN-Witches and wizards, goblins and ghouls, whatever your costume all are welcomed to the New Britain Museum of American Art’s Museum After Dark 11th annual Halloween bash.

From 7-10 p.m. guests can lurk the galleries and special exhibitions, show off their deadly moves to the sounds of local musicians and DJs, and have a bone-chilling time with other young professionals.

Hartford-based club DJ Afropanther and DJ Zerp will be spinning tracks all night long with other activities including a screening of an old horror film in the ArtLab and a spooky photo booth.

Eat, drink and be scary with free boos (beer and wine) and light snacks provided by the museum. Food will be available for purchase from Brasato and a cash bar: $4 well drinks, $6 calls and $8 top shelf

Costumes cannot extend more than 12 inches in any direction off a person; those that do are subject to adjustment or removal by museum staff.

All tickets must be purchased in advance; none will be sold at the door. The event is strictly for those 21 and older, IDs will be checked upon entry. Admission is $20 for members and $30 for non-members.

Tickets can be purchased online at nbmaa.org or by contacting the museum at 860-229-0257.
