BRISTOL - More than 50 woodcarvers and vendors will participate in the nineteenth Annual Connecticut Woodcarvers Association Woodcarving Show and Sale, hosted by the New England Carousel Museum June 3.
The event will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the museum at 95 Riverside Ave.
The day will showcase the carving talents of the members of the Connecticut Woodcarvers Association and feature many unique handcrafted items for sale. There will also be a carving competition and an art show competition. The competitions are open to carvers and artists of all ages. Vendors will also have woodcarving tools and supplies for the beginner as well as the experienced carver available for purchase.
Admission includes admittance to the carving show, the New England Carousel Museum, the Museum of Fire History, the Restoration Department, the two fine art galleries and the Museum of Greek Culture.
